Vietti Barolo Castiglione 2014 DOCG

The "Barolo Castiglione" bears the designation "DOCG Piemonte". It is produced with 100% Nebbiolo grapes from different vineyards in the Barolo area, with an age ranging between 7-40 years. The soil is characterised by clay and limestone. 4500 vines per hectare grown using the Guyot method. Every single crü is vinified and aged separately and with different methods that underline its particularity. After 30 months of ageing in barriques and large casks, they are blended before bottling. The vineyards for the production of "Barolo Castiglione DOCG" are located in Castiglione Falletto, Monforte, Barolo and Novello. This wine leaves you speechless for its perfect and harmonious balance.
