This Joseph Cattin number could be considered a "baby champagne". Made just around the corner from the famous Champagne region in Alsace, the Cremant Brut NV is created according to the traditional Champagne method, but without the hefty price tag. A wide of grape varieties (think pinot gris, riesling, chardonnay and more) work together seamlessly to create a fruity, yet delicate sparkling wine that works well as an after-dinner aperitif.
